Exchange, shipping and returns policy

At Idalmis Jewels, all our pieces are carefully selected and checked before being shipped. Because it is jewelry, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Changes

We only accept changes in the following cases:

  • You received a part with a factory defect.
  • You received the wrong size or the size didn't fit you.

In either of these cases, you must contact us within the first 7 days of receiving your order by writing to info@idalmisjewels.com . Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item.

If your case is approved, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or receive store credit to use on a future purchase.
No refunds will be given.

Important:

  • The items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
  • No changes are made to sale items or earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • Items sent without prior notification and approval via email will not be accepted.

Shipping

  • All orders will be processed (packaged) within 3 to 5 business days , excluding weekends and holidays.
  • After processing, the estimated shipping time is 5 to 8 business days , not taking into account possible delays or external situations with the postal service.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal service. Once the order has been shipped, handling is transferred to the shipping provider. In these cases, you will need to file a claim directly with the postal service using the tracking number we will send you.
